REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Custom Orders

All custom and made-to-order items (including team gear, business apparel, and branded merchandise) are non-refundable once production has started.

Each item is produced specifically for your school, team, or organization based on approved designs, quantities, and sizes — so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, design changes, or buyer’s remorse.

Design Approval

Before production begins, all clients receive a digital mockup or design proof for approval.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all artwork, colors, and details before confirming. Once approved, CSM is not responsible for any changes requested afterward.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

We’ll gladly inspect the issue and either:

  • Replace the defective item(s), or
     

  • Offer a credit or refund if replacement isn’t possible
     

To start a claim, email cantstopmotion.csm@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
     

  2. Photos of the defective or incorrect item
     

  3. A short description of the issue

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins for a full refund.

Once materials are ordered or printing has started, cancellations are no longer eligible for refund — but a partial credit may be offered depending on project status.

Shipping Issues

CSM is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx).

We will, however, assist you in filing a claim or locating your shipment.

Bulk & Institutional Orders

For schools, universities, and business accounts, all order details — including sizing, artwork, and quantities — must be finalized before production begins.

Refunds or reprints for incorrect information submitted by the client cannot be provided after approval.
