Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment and final design approval.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional production time, typically 10–21 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Once production is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method.

We currently ship nationwide via UPS, USPS, or FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather-related disruptions.

Local pickup is available for schools, organizations, and customers within our service area.

If eligible, you’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready, including pickup location and available times.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order is shipped.

Can’t Stop Motion is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.

If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We’re happy to assist in filing a claim or helping locate your order when possible.
