2. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Custom Orders: Once artwork or mockups are approved, production begins immediately and all payments become non-refundable.

Streetwear Orders: Payment is due at checkout.

Bulk Orders: A deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due prior to delivery.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, online payments via Shopify or Stripe and checks. Checks must clear before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Pricing and Product Information
Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all details are error-free. If an error occurs, we will contact you prior to fulfillment.
4. Custom Designs and Artwork
All custom artwork, logos, and designs submitted to CSM remain the property of the client. However, CSM reserves the right to display completed designs in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise requested in writing.
By submitting a logo or design, you confirm you have full rights and authorization to use it.
5. Production and Turnaround Time
Production timelines vary depending on order size and item type. Estimated production times are provided upon order confirmation. Delays due to inventory shortages, shipping, or supplier issues may occur and are not the responsibility of CSM.
6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders via standard carriers. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for bulk orders.

CSM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once delivered, all items become the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or error made by CSM.
To be eligible for a replacement:

Notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

Provide photos and a description of the issue.

We do not accept returns for sizing errors, customer-supplied artwork, or normal wear and tear.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is owned or licensed by Can’t Stop Motion, LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Can’t Stop Motion, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
